As someone else pointed out, it’s almost impossible to not do Bulls/Cows in Falloutshelter. You have to actively not want to be a creepy overseer. If you just play to win, once you get rare Dwellers from lunchboxes, they get all the good loot and stat raising and they get to have the babies.

yeah there is no end game. They’re trying to fix it w/ a patch or 3. I have 160 cap on my dwellers, on the iphone 5s the framerate is terrible if I push it to 200.
