The one thing I’m fairly sure of... the NFL is litigating its way into sucking, hard, if this shit continues. 

When will the NFL realize they can’t litigate away this problem and that fixing the issue requires practical, out-of-the-box thinking? Like leather helmets, for example. OR... just say fuck it and drop ALL these rules, which actually might even oddly make the game safer if players effectively police themselves.
