Yes. All of them, the tea-drinking, crumpet-eating dandies.

We can line them up in front of the firing squad with people who say Jag-u-wire.

Nope, totally missed that the routine was about "friends." That's actually a bit disappointing.

Yeah, I don't know why she really left, either. It's not that I have any great love for either Paula or Jason, but it is nice to have judges who give good feedback and speak like normal human beings.

"Brian Friedman dancing in stilettos is giving me life! I’m glad to see the show becoming more relaxed with gender roles."

When Boo said she'd get him back, I assumed she meant by some means other than proper channels. I look forward to seeing what's in store for him.

It was perfection that their big break was opening for Glass Tiger.

So that was the show that the opening credit sequence of American Horror Story: Coven promised us, right?

I'm a big Gilmore Girls fan regardless, but the entire seven seasons was made worthwhile just for the scene of him singing Hollaback Girl at a bat mitzvah.

I can't decide if that, or "Hey" is the line of the episode. I loved the focus on Job's elegant footwork as he laid a beatdown on that guy.

I don't think it's junk at the beginning, though. It's pulpy fun right from the outset. But something really clicked halfway through season two that made it all come together in a way that it hadn't before.

I found that it was enjoyable fun for the first season and a half, but really stepped up its game and became appointment TV midway through season 2. If you do give it a whirl, be sure to give it a fair shake and make through at least 15 episodes.

If the Canadian remake of Sensitive Skin ever airs in the US, do check it out. Elliott Gould is fantastic in it. The couple of episodes of Mulaney I watched just made me sad for him.

I've watched through Gilmore Girls an embarrassing number of times on DVD now, and with each rewatch I love Paris a little more. Liza Weil is near the top of my "Actors I wish were more famous" list.

Nightmares Fear Factory is a decent one. No jump scares for me (I've spent too much time watching horror movies alone in the middle of the night during storms to scare that easily), but the second half of it managed to induce a sense of dread that I wasn't expecting.

Thank you for this piece. I was gifted a DVD set last Christmas. I've been slowly working through it and am somewhere in the middle of season two. It's true that there are a number of weak episodes, especially at the beginning, but once they started dipping more solidly into horror, they managed to turn out some

It's completely fizzled at this point. I'll watch the last episode just to finish off the season, but I don't think I'd bother with a second run of it.

You're probably absolutely right about that. Sparks staring blankly at Sam when she asked, "What happened to you?" probably confirms it. I have no doubt that his daughter's still alive. But it's an aspect of the story that I'm not enjoying.

I'm in until the end of the season, but the central mystery doesn't feel like it's going anywhere interesting at the moment. The alienvirusbaby conspiracy is getting tedious and Sparks has been pushed into cartoonish villainy. I'm more interested in Ethan's programming going off book than in anything else right now.

I'm so with you on Travis Wall. I've really been enjoying his routines this season. When he first came back as a choreographer, there was a bit of an emotional immaturity in his routines, but he's developing into a pretty impressive talent. It's been fun watching him grow. I want good things to happen for him
