Doing a little reading on the case, the issue is that Ford had developed a stronger roof....in 2005 and didn’t start producing the trucks with reinforced roofs until 2009-2010. I still fail to understand how Ford is liable for a 2002 not meeting the 2009-2010 standards and not being as strong as the 2005 redesign.

Considering he just sold a nice chunk of his shares, I’m going with neither of these items he talked about will see the light of day. He is heading for the exits and trying not to raise alarms by cashing too much. I wouldn’t be surprised if he owns a crap ton of puts for two years out.

I also wouldn’t be surprised if this is due to the fact that many promises he made will be found out to not be happening (CyberTruck, FSD, etc., etc.).  Innovation and design have pretty much vanished from the company once Musky forced out the last of the real founders of Tesla.
