I’ve been noticing it seems more cars are on lots than I’ve seen in the past year. I think this quarter is gonna be the start of price normalizing.

Simple solution is to just have the applicant go to a drug testing facility in their claimed residing area and have their picture taken and attached (if the company still does testing, otherwise make an appointment with a photographer in the applicants claimed residing  area).

You need to look at the picture again. There would be paint/scratching down the sides if it were hit, and it would not have sheered like this.
