My dealer I had reserved wouldn’t give me a price in writing when it came time to order. I tried several other Ford dealers in my area and all refused, so I canceled mine. I’ll just wait for the R1T to scale up to finally hit my reservation number.  GL with getting it.

It really does baffle me. I remember when the Stinger came out and I went to seriously check one out and the hoops they wanted for me to test drive let alone how they were trying to charge an ADM. It’s a good reason why the Stinger basically died off.

Again, what service do dealers actually provide a customer besides trying to wring out every penny the customer has?  This chip shortage has shown that dealers do not provide a needed service to customers beyond price gouging them.

JB Straubel would have told Musk to pound sand on the stupid yoke, like he did with the Model Y. Musk is a mad king and burning down the house of those that came before him built. 

Senator elections are statewide, so harder to “gerrymander” their guys in. It’s precisely why Republicans are making it harder for urban voters to vote. Congress though is a whole other animal.

I’m a bit confused how a judge would tell the coal plant to not pay rent, yet let said owners pilfer the money into the owners and friends accounts.

Well using a tax that is a price and not percentage is really the main thing that got us here.  If they want to flat price the tax, it would need to account for inflation, but never did. 

I’m eager to see real world highway range on this dumpster fire. 

I mean...it is a Hummer.  If it wasn’t an opulent pile of trash, it wouldn’t be deserving of the Hummer name. 

He doesn’t give the year of the Model S. I didn’t see anywhere that he “bought it new”. Looking at the linked Reddit post, I don’t see anything referencing it as “bought new”. 

They are, but when you buy into a company that has terrible build quality and refuses to sell parts to owners, you end up getting nickeled and dimed to death.  

Person buys a used luxury vehicle.  Person is shocked how much it costs to keep it running.
