I’m only saying this because I care—there are a lot of decaffeinated brands on the market today that are just as tasty as the real thing.

Neutral: At face value it sounds great for someone who is in need of another vehicle when this is all over, BUT it’s only treating symptoms. The reality is that most people cant really afford a $35k car because wages haven’t kept up with inflation.

I thought the great thing about capitalism is that the market will respond to demand? If one company goes under, then someone else will step in to fill the void if there is a demand for that product/service. The skilled workforce would get picked up by the new company.

These comments are from customer account managers, who may at one point have dabbled in engineering but were found to be people persons. They deal with the god damn customers so the engineers don’t have to. In fact, Engineers aren’t allowed to deal with people. 

Ours was “We’re not happy until you’re not happy”.

That makes perfect sense to me as a phrase. They have a good product and now want to produce it cheaply. The driver is the good product, not the cheap part and I think that is the better way of ending up with a good product in the end.

Considering how much commuting by car can corrupt a person, I’d rather have most people go around using public transport.
