I don’t bother watching F1 anymore. I watched in the late 90's and the current series is boring as hell. Go read about the 97 season and you realize how much more exciting it can be (the top 2 drivers never shared the podium the entire season). Just FYI, the race in Hungry that year was absolutely heartbreaking for

When I was helping Angel I could have sworn I saw Chapman drive by. Just sayin’.

It’s just that Lt. Chapman has it in for me.

OK, here comes my rant.  Why the hell do we have to pay to park on a public street THAT I ALREADY PAID FOR WITH MY TAXES?  Capitols near Santa Cruz has a whole fleet of these chalk marking ass holes and they run it like the mafia.  Fuck all these guys.

GM passenger cars is the problem here. Is there a bigger divide in durability than GM cars and trucks? My neighbor has a 1994 Suburban with 377,000 miles and it just chugs along. Granted we are in the no salt and mild weather west coast, but it’s still pretty impressive.

Can confirm. Sat in one while returning my leased Spark EV in January of this year. I only mention the date because the dealership still had the new car glossy catalog from 2016 on display.  Come on Chevy!!!!

I’ll take the compliment even though it wasn’t offered.

I’ve owned a 2007 Expedition and 2017 Yukon and the Sequoia is the best.  The Yukon got 17 & 24 MPG.  Not much else to choose from at that size.

Fixed that for accuracy.

Because that’s what real car companies do. They build all-new cars all the time, across their lineups.”

It’s been great. A lot of space in the second and third rows. Take a look at a newer Tahoe and you will be amazed how much more room there is in the Sequoia.  BUT, the fuel economy stinks.  It gets about 10 around town and 17 on the freeway.  If you can live with the terrible fuel economy, it’s a great truck.

What is the deal with Toyota and not updating the trucks.  I own a 2008 Sequoia and test drove a 2019 and it is the same inside save the instrument cluster and steering wheel controls.  12 years and no significant changes?

Every time I read an article about workers at Amazon it’s about how miserable the working conditions are and how low the pay is.

You’re completely wrong. I’m being totally pedantic. But, they are not a Valley company. If, as you state, it’s just a measure of Bay Area funded companies to be a valley company, then every company is either a Silicon Valley or NY company. What’s wrong with calling them a tech company, and not a Silicon Valley

Please stop calling all tech companies Silicon Valley companies. Lyft is in San Francisco not the valley. Just because you have a bunch of hipster dipshit tech workers sitting around figuring out how to “disrupt” some existing service doesn’t mean they are in the valley.

So I have decided to use the George Costanza route and go against my intuition and short this stock. I have made the following financial moves.

“$3000 for future engine repairs”

RWD, Power, can mount a receiver for bike rack, no storage (and I mean NO storage) fun to drive.  Checks all the boxes.

If you want cheap get a Solstice/Sky.

I doubt anyone who buys a new Explorer is exploring shit.”
