BRING BACK TRANS AM!

Old cars duking it out is better than F1 and NASCAR.

Thanks for shedding some light on Campagna, William. I’ve always worried they might fade into obscurity, but it seams they have a decent plan to stick around and grow at their own pace.

“Percussive maintenance”.

Time for an Insurance Discount for all Manual transmissions....it’s the least annoying anti-theft device out there.

Sooner or later gas prices are going to go up, and the big-3 will end up once again with their pants down making big trucks and SUV’s. They will ask for a bailout again, and the cycle repeats over and over and over.

The only (and I mean ONLY) reason I don’t want this is Russia - Cheap oil means Russia will continue to have funding problems for it’s grandiose military plans.

I was late to a meeting because of this post, and regret nothing.

I’m with you. I remember when prices crawled up to almost $4/gal and I was laughing to hear brodozers were being caught stealing gas or trading their giant ass trucks in.

54MPG isn’t impossible to achieve... Tesla is already achieving it!

Chrysler pacifica hybrid, volvo xc90 phev, tesla model x. By 2025 more cheaper models will be available

I would have immigrated to Australia long ago if it weren’t for the giant fucking spiders that look they’d take a couple shotgun blasts to the face to kill. Sorry, Aussies, your car culture is incredible. Your arachnids are incredibly fucking scary.

It’ll be awesome when American auto manufacturers ditch fuel economy standards so when oil prices go back up, Japan can eat GM’s lunch again like in the 1970's and 80's...

I cut the cable cord last month and could not be happier. I will have to manuever a bit to catch some games (go to bars, etc...), but overall I don’t miss ESPN. Too many braying asses and pregame/postgame garbage were starting to squeeze out actual sports.

Please let it be Dick Vitale.........Please let it be Dick Vitale.

You do understand that high oil prices hurt the United states and greatly benefit almost all of our enemies.

Can they go back to showing Strongman competitions over night again? And other weirdo sports. Those were the best days of ESPN.

I think I’d rather see a sales tax on vehicles that fall below a specific MPG threshold. That would force the people who want those ghastly huge trucks to pay for it without hitting poorer people who rely on mass transit or small cars to get where they’re going.

The 54mpg is more like 40mpg in the real world some manufacturers like mazda and toyota are already close to it

Jordan Cox is the guy in the Civic, the passes he makes are absolutely breathtaking.
