I’ve said for years GM should have revived Saturn as their electric brand, complete with the return of no-haggle dealerships. Then they could really offer a buy-it-online option and it would probably be pretty popular with the younger professional market, particularly women who (rightfully) don’t like the dealership

It makes sense from the marketing side. You have a brand who’s value is nostalgia to a ever shrinking group of buyers. But those buyers still exist in plenty of volume to continue to sell a few models to. And you know that the dodge brand will never have broad popularity because it’s associated with the aging large

This. You go to their instagram page and it’s nothing but Chargers and Challengers doing burnouts lol

Ten years? That’s enough time for Chrysler and co to change ownership at least twice.

The dumb thing is, is that Dodge would be super successful if they never spun Ram off into it’s own brand.

I like this idea. Stop trying to define every little variable, and set a measurement for the results. Set a quantifiable number  for total downforce and let teams figure out how to reach it.

This is dumb. You either let them go nuts with aero, or you instill a hard downforce limit. Make them all max out at 5000 lbs of downforce or whatever if you are that concerned with things being “fair”.

Look, he could be like one of the millions of other boomers in the country who insist that today’s culture is overly sensitive. Instead he’s acknowledging that it was a different time and that it was not the right thing to do. Let’s give him some credit.

The GOP vote for a Dem bill because it is good for the country or even their constituents? No way in hell.

Not the drag political drama into but this makes me wonder if the GOP representatives of the impacted states vote for the Biden and Dem’s infrastructure bill now?

I own this shirt, but few people seem to get it.

I’ve been eyeing a $30 set from amazon for my sweet ass minivan. There are these kids that meet up at the savemart every Friday and I wanna roll up and park next to them and flex with my underglow.

Underglow (aka Street Glow) or neon lights. I’ve always been interested in lighting effects, so combining that with cars is a winner in my book. It gives the car that extra pop! and screams ‘look at me!’. The running joke my buddies and I had was that we were all allowed one ricer/ridiculous fun mod. I chose

Properly swapped badges, not tacky Pep-Boys stuff, but things like the nice KDM(?) inspired alternate logo for Kia’s, vehicle appropriate JDM badging, making a G8 or SS into a Holden, etc... It is very subtle like older Optima’s with K5 badges or prompts a quick double take(the SS as a Holden I saw yesterday).

I'm really confused, because that's literally what they used to do. FE has historically prized adaptability over preparation, and keeping the activation zone under wraps was a great way to ensure teams didn't have a chance to prepare strategies or for drivers to do simulator runs.

This is very video game-y and I like it. Literally like using power-ups.

Well that’s certainly an exercise in angels-on-the-head-of-a-pin pointlessness--both you and Porsche.

Dieselgate to Ever Given: You are holding my beer.

If everything is happening concurrently then wouldn’t Spiderman be a fugitive in Europe and Dr Strange be doing whatever his movies gonna be about? They got bigger fish to fry
