AWD sienna sounds pretty good.
AWD sienna sounds pretty good.
I agree. I want this. But not for $400. I take notes all day. Calls with clients. Flipping through discovery. Reading documents. Endless. It feels A) wasteful to write it out on paper and then throw it away and B) is annoying when I write something down and lose it without remembering what I wrote down. It would be…
I would love if Mazda offered a manual on the next Mazda6, although I don’t expect them to. For manual transmissions in mainstream sedans, the writing has been on the wall for a long time now.
yeah i bought a 1990 4Runner with manual, V6, and 4WD for less. all things being equal at least the 4Runner lets me beat the shit out of a car and not care offroad and on
I agree this is a 99 buck product at best
Agreed. I’d even go $100 and maybe $20 for the stylus (I take a lot of notes for work), but this is WAY beyond what I’d pay. I was intrigued until I hit the price.
...one could argue that it’s not safer since it’s been paved. The speeds are higher, the lateral g’s are higher, And the surface is still a mountain road; dips and undulations and such. One of the crashes was caused by hitting a dip in the road at the wrong time...
I still use a paper notepad to take notes on client calls and the like. I would use something like this is it were maybe $50 and a replacement stylus were $3.
I don’t really care at all since they paved it. They turned it into the single most boring event in the world.
Climb dance is what pikes peak should always be....
Purpose-built eletric cars are already the best concept for hillclimbing, as the distance is too short for the low energy density of the battery to bite you, letting you exploit the better power density and packaging of the EV powertrain.
I see what you did there.
An electric car currently holds the overall record, so I imagine you are right.
Were they using Autopilot?
Right or wrong, this was my first thought too. At $30k, this could easily be someone who bought on a whim because they used to whip one of these around in NFSU.
No room in the garage for a vehicle.
“What’s Something In Your Garage That Might Be A Relationship Red Flag?”
I was watching this here and there on BAT. I saw it at around 5 large, and thought “Someone’s going to get a decent deal on clean ass old car!”
Checked it today in the completed listings, and went “HOLY SHIT!”
I worked at a Nissan dealer when these were new cars, and this thing sold for like double MSRP. I never…
In this case, I think that Geely bought the company for three reasons:
Not really sure that a heavy, 2000hp, AWD electric hypercar is on brand for Lotus but those cars seem to be the quickest way to raise cash with the exception of making a SUV/crossover.
