That sounds like a problem that would be solved by enforcement, not by violating yet another law. Have you brought this up with your local police/municipal government? Or at least riled up the Karens on Nextdoor?

Bikes absolutely should not be on the sidewalk. Bikes behave like vehicles, not pedestrians. You want cyclists to be visible and predictable, and having them launch out of sidewalks into the crosswalk when you’re making a right turn is neither visible nor predictable.
Kids shouldn’t be taught to ride on the sidewalk, either.
We’re no strangers to moose...
Oh, that would make sense. Though as a Californian, the idea of a 510 you could pick up for less than $2k makes me feel like I already have tetanus.
I was really thrown by it using a slushbox, but the more I think about it, it’s kinda ideal behind a torquey, no-rpm motor like the 4.0L.
Last time I thought about the Si was in reading the reviews/releases about the current gen Civic not offering a manual, but that the Si should have it.
New Edge Mustang to S197. New Edge was the last of the fox-platform cars, which ran the same basic setup from ‘79 through 2004. The S197 was a huge step forward, a totally fresh chassis that was the first-ever Mustang-unique platform, fixed all of the suspension issues, huge improvement in ergonomics, and chassis…
Nuclear magnets! The next logical progression.
There’s a reason those things are called little orange cans of death. If you need extra grip, just grab a piece of sandpaper; that’ll get an oil filter right off.
“Pickups are good in the snow.”
So what makes this more scooter and less motorcycle? I was always under the impression that the difference between the two was how you sit on them; bikes you straddle and scooters you sit on. By that definition, this isn’t scooter at all.
Depends on the smog guy and why you’re there. A regular tech doing the visual for your biannual inspection isn’t going to be as thorough as the smog ref going over your car because you got a ticket for illegal modification.
I hope this has a new version of Supercruise, because everything about it is putting me to sleep.
3rd gear: I read a discussion on the MX-30 maybe a month ago, and the general consensus was it was basically EPA-bait to help their CAFE/carbon numbers. Between the price, range, and limited market, it’s fairly obvious Mazda doesn’t actually want to sell any of these things.
Depends on the tech. We’re not far from the point where it’s cheaper and easier to swap out a screen than tear the dash apart to fix a busted speedo.
And that’s true when the small pickup truck is only a few thousand cheaper than the similarly equipped fullsize, e.g. Ranger vs F150.
As much as I hate that they killed the FiST/FoST/FoRS, I have to agree with you; so far it’s done them well.
A little confusion in this article: a DAC doesn’t supply power to headphones, that’s what an amp is for. DACs stands for digital audio converter and it converts the bits into sound. Think of it like a modem for your earholes.
Ford GT is still with us, and there’s even a rumored upcoming model powered with a twin-turbo version of the Godzilla 7.3L.
