What if they kept the activation zone hidden until the day of the race? Or even better, identified multiple possible zones, then randomly picked one at race start?  Hell, set up some sort of way of indicating where the zone is, and have it change lap to lap.

I know they’re uncommon, but are they legitimately rare?

I’m actively angry that I can’t buy a base Bronco in cyber orange metallic. You have to get a higher trim level, and Ford still upcharges for it. And they don’t offer a single yellow at any trim level, and I’d argue yellow is the most iconic color on 1st-gens.

Came here to say Ergodox. Even if you don’t want anywhere near a soldering iron, you can get an ErgoDox-EZ built to your specifications. Not cheap, but honestly neither is buying all the components.

You could tell me that top pic was a new Accord and nothing would make me question you. This looks entirely devoid of personality. I thought the Civic was supposed to be fun?

I love, love, love this style of doors, and wish more cars/suvs had these.

There’s a litany of benefits that rotary engines have. Lower parts count, reduced complexity, reduced NVH, and compact physical size relative to power output comprise the usual list.

I can see absolutely no way that a third axle would be an asset on a Bronco, aside from better float in sand/mud/snow, where tracks would be the much cooler, much less expensive conversion.

Soundblaster was my father, I am Soundblaster 64!”

If you’re thinking of the red Autobot, that’s Blaster. Soundblaster was the rebuilt version of Soundwave, that looked identical but was black instead of blue. This was the same time that Blaster got rebuilt into Twincast.

That’s what’s killing me; I just want a PS5 so I can play in 4k and without it sounding like there’s a jet warming up its engine next door.

I was reading on these earlier, and I’m of the understanding that bunker fuel is elsewise a waste product that would need to be disposed of.   Is that correct?  If so, what better disposal methods are there?  Obviously burning it is less than ideal, but what else would we do, pump it back underground?

He’s referencing events in the first episode of Falcon and Winter Soldier.

This will allow you to ride faster and farther with less effort. The point isn’t to get exercise, but to extend what’s viable on your bike. It’s not for the hardcore lycra and spandex crowd but something to “take to the shops” or use as your daily commuter.

Hear, hear.  The only time that power seats make sense is if you seat memory settings and multiple drivers.

Someone looks like they’re trying to bring back the porno red interior.

I adore the looks of the CH-R. Shame it’s a total bore in every other aspect.

Can you go into more detail there? Jump bikes seem to be pretty successful with a front hub motor.

I’m definitely e-bike curious, is there a known-good resource for determining which are worth the money and which are money-grubbing also-rans?

It’s 7x less fuel consumed; 46mpg vs 45mpg saves you less than half of a gallon per 1000 miles. 18mpg vs 17mpg saves you 3.3 gallons per 1000 miles.
