My buddy has an ex-wife that’s a loose nut.  The indicators were a little different.

Still, motives aside, good on them for stepping in to help out.

At first I was attracted by the grind, but eventually the activities got to too repetitive and I had to ask myself if it was really worth putting the kind of time into the game that it demanded. I’m so glad I stepped away from Barbie Fashion Designer when I did and got my life back.

They decided to turn it into a global full immersion play. We’ve been in it for nearly 2 years now. 

Multiplayer will remain FTP. There are cosmetic unlocks in the campaign. Basically collectibles on the map that give armor colors, weapon colors, etc. Owning the campaign does not grant anything extra outside of those unlocks, which are clearly marked and easy to acquire. 

Maybe in 10 years we’ll get this kind of statement from the One Piece author.

Reminds me about the questioning for jury duty when I was part of the selected pool. Lawyer asked me if I could render a guilty verdict. Me: “Well there’s the law and then there’s justice. I would do what’s right.”

Or it is just plain cheaper. Even if they won, the PR and legal costs would probably be more.

That savings never existed. I’m old enough to remember when the early move to digital involved promises that digital versions would provide savings ot the end user because they didn’t need to press discs. It’s just lies. Both PC games and Console were $50 in the PS2 era and $60 from 360 on.
