I can definitely tell the difference between 30 and 60. Or so I thought. There is a smoothness that becomes apparent after 40fps. I actually think the ideal framerate for performance is 40-45 fps. So back to my opening sentence, upon testing, I can easily tell the difference between 30 and 40 fps, I can’t easily tell…

It's for people like me, who have a high demanding job, want to play games quick and easy, want my kids to be able to play too, want to be able to play Civ kinds of games on the go, and last but not least stream games from Ps Now and Xbox Game pass

It only really matters in extremely motion-intensive games like FPS and fighting games. Most games that aren’t like that, you’ll never really see the difference between 30 and 60.

The idea that a game hitting 99% gpu usage is an issue is ridiculous. People pay huge amounts of money for these cards and hitting 99% means you’re getting what you paid for.
