If Megan Mullaley is coming back with one of her previous sitcoms, why oh why couldn't it have been Party Down instead of the insipid Will and Grace?

He brought such a warmth to his Comeback character, which could have easily been played broadly just for laughs. But he really sold the sweetness and kindness inside this character, without which the finale would not have had nearly the emotional resonance that it did. RIP.
Lord, watching this reminded me of why stopping after a couple seasons was a good decision. The show is like an Edward Gorey story without the humor and 100 times as long.
Such libel! It's not a toupee, ok? He had a perfectly commonplace scalp reduction surgery, after which he raped his wife. Sheesh, get it right, ok? http://www.newyorker.com/ma…
"Lab found traces of cocaine and sourdough. They call it Sweet Chowder. It's a drug soup from Baltimore."
Oh come on, you don't give her enough credit! If she's so stupid, then how did "Shake Your Body, Body" become such a huge hit??
No but seriously Tyra Banks once gave a man a beard weave. A beard weave. A. beard. weave. This is not a woman with good judgment is what I'm saying. http://i.imgur.com/X8SDS0b.jpg
Yep, it's all on Youtube now
I so, so badly want a gif of Carol Kane doing that dancing boy imitation. That has instantly become one of my favorite pop culture moments ever.
This article fails to account for the best part of the whole thing, which is Carol Kane's spot-on impression of the little boy dancing in the background of Hold Up. I seriously did a spit-take when I saw it. Even just thinking of it now has me giggling.
I agree with you that anti-hero is a bit of an overstatement for Margaret's character. She's a person who has done bad things, but in the service of what is presented as noble goals (protecting her daughters), in a context where her choices are very constrained. And she's in an industry that appears to be at least…
I was really impressed with the plot twist of Quigley's empty threat that Amelia was a snare actually becoming true. Clever work, writers.
He had an affair with his campaign manager's wife
I hope they keep the same naming convention. "Essentials Of Emergency Response", following the life and loves of Abigail Emergency.
A firefighter realizes he has Deep Feelings for another firefighter. They touch hands just as the building explodes around them, killing one of them instantly. Next week, same thing.
I scoffed at The Bachelor's previous spin-off, Bachelor in Paradise, but it has turned out to be an absolute goddam treasure. I suspect that watching a dozen narcissists with poor judgment shoot flaming arrows at each other on a snowpacked mountain will be …tremendous.
My absolute favorite line was at the end, when Richard goes, "You know what, I'll figure it out. I'll probably figure it out." The probably still has me giggling.
I'm not sure, but CBS has the most recent 5 episodes streaming for free.
I feel like all the nice people who ended up getting paired up with shitheels this season should be able to come back on a future season for a do-over.
It's midway through the season right now.
