The problem with bananas is that they over-ripen so quickly and turn all brown and mushy. I'm willing to bet that if an enterprising journalist actually dug deeper into this we might find that the bag has a poof of nitrogen or other such gas added to it when they are packaged to extend the freshness.

I find it odd that this shiny, new, state-of-the-art stadium had to be 'teched-up' for this game. With all the hype and grandeur that came along when it was built you'd think it would be ready to go.
