She’s not exactly a great actress, but it’s not like she’s unwatchable. She’s just a little too guarded with her damage. In the moments she lets it out she can be very interesting to watch. If you ever see her SVU episode, it’s uneven, but you can see her potential in the moments she lets that guard fall.

She said the future is female because she made the video for a women’s conference. She isn’t just randomly taking about women’s issues at a healthcare conference. Context matters.
