It just wouldn't stop kept coming…

That Olsen Twins Adventures joke was both fucking hilarious and fucking horrifying…

"Starts to wear me DOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOWN!"

Ira Kaplan is my spirit animal.

Seems legit.

Well, uh… that was… fuck.

REMAIN INDOORS.

Makes sense, but wait… people in fandom hate Buffy? How does that work?

See, I don't think it's necessarily weak so much as "scattered-by-design."

He showed up early, though, so he gets to be cowboy guy!

Really like that episode; I was pretty happy that Jason Behr ended up on "Roswell" (although we all know how that ended)…

I think I see what you're saying; you're saying that Xander hated Spike because he was a general baddie, not necessarily because Spike and Buffy were in a relationship (of sorts, anyway).

Well, not at first, anyway. Angel didn't get really entertaining as a character until we saw him lose it (so to speak)… That definition of the opposite (Angelus) is what makes Angel entertaining.

Nice! Didn't think of that; I'll definitely be on the lookout for that on this re-watch.

I have NOT regretted it so far; it's been a hootenanny (see "Dead Man's Party" if you're unclear on the definition of a hootenanny).

Agreed.

Are you sure? For Owen and Scott Hope his reactions were remarkably similar…

The time, I'm rewatching Buffy (s4) in tandem with Angel (s1), alternating eps - it's been interesting; I'm not sure Angel has quite the same thematic connective tissue that Buffy does (or any discernible theme for awhile apart from "Redemption!"), but I'm interested to see if it was at work, just maybe in a more

Oh my god, Charisma Carpenter for MVP on early "Angel." She really made that stuff sing.
