All he went off of was the towns sheriff telling him there was some bumps a half mile from the start that would make the back end loose around 100 mph. And the driver says after "oh I think we were doing a bit more than that!"

and less NJHP, or as we in the business refer to them as "assholes"
Technically you do, and your engine is based of the VQ30 in the old Maximas which was based on the VG30 in the 300zx. Almost similar blocks, just one is for FWD and the other RWD. Of course I could be entirely wrong, since I have little to no evidence to back this up.
Still not a fan of this car.
I'm about to roll around in toxic waste, I wonder if the Make a Wish foundation would rent this for a day. What a way to go out.
Slow news day I guess. OH wow they stopped a license plate from getting made! I guess that immigration problem worked itself out.
I definitely see where you're coming from and you're right. I'm spoiled, 550 hp is nothing to balk about, but when you can get that from a stock mustang it's just not as cool. Maybe a manual transmission option or a weight reduction. It just doesn't scream halo car to me. I assume that is what it's meant to be.
I feel like the XKRS should be a v12 or a twin turbo v8. It's a car I wouldn't mind driving, but I feel like Jag isn't taking it seriously enough. At least they're not as bad as dodge.
I laughed harder than I should have.
My first hat tip! :3 Too bad it had to be for this. I hope Mr. Rogers get his car back safe and sound.
You could look like a total idiot and it wouldn't matter. You have a race track! These guys are just hating. My dream is to do this, but in NEPA, similar geography, but we have a little more breathing room with the laws here. Awesome driveway!
I don't understand why people have such a hard time driving the ring. Come to Northeast pennsylvania if you really want to learn how to drive. Two lane paved horsecart roads, potholes, no guardrails, a lot more elevation changes, oncoming traffic, animals, gravel runoff, metal grate bridges. I guess they only drive in…
@Spiegel, Herp of Derp: Your traffic problem isn't caused by big rigs, it's the people who do 45 in the left on i80. It's the people who don't stay in their lane and drift halfway into another. It's the people who, every friday, drive to the Delaware Water Gap and ruin the weekend for the good drivers.
@tjanson: You guys are anything but agressive. It seems you and Florida have a driver exchange program. Worse than NJ actually. The speed limit is 65 but the only people doing that are out-of-staters. The residents do 10 under. You drive too slow and don't use mirrors or signals.
@Tossed Pissed Mazda3hatch sideways: I think you missed the whole point of this car entirely. Then again, not everbody wants to look like they just stepped out of 2 Fast 2 Furious
@boyfromanotherplanet: Well, it's okay to make fun of people as long as they're not Gay or Jewish.
@steevmitch: That's cool. There's absolutely no gay people on Jalopnik. Nope, nobody here can relate. You'd get it if you didn't paint the world with such a broad brush. But nope, you're right. We're all hetero-beer loving mysogynists around here.
Hey guys, can't we all just get along?
@Forward From the Past: it's because women don't want to become like their mothers and they feel "safer" in an suv because it's higher off of the ground. Yeah, I know.
@jodark: Keep speaking for everyone here buddy. BMW hasn't made a good looking car since 1994.
