You must have worked there for at least a year, year and a half to have that many titles under your belt. I did about 3 years total temp QA testing @ Nintendo. Some notable titles I tested, start to finish that I got no credit for in game:

You’re not wrong. I worked as a temp for Nintendo more than 15 years ago. Yes. Do not mess with their IPs. They took it extremely seriously back then, no reason to believe that has changed at all today.
Unofficial doesn’t necessarily mean that they were not licensed to make them. It could mean that these are products that are not created by the direct company proper, but the company has given permission for said 3rd party to do so.
And if I were one of those said creators I’d tell you to get fucked as well. Right to your face even.
