htt://www.game.co.uk (uk) have been doing this for a while, from the looks of things they have a better selection at any rate as well.

@WarToad: That argument is so ridiculous I had to read it twice.

Am I only the one who is slightly intrigued as to why he was banned for commenting that he downloaded the demo earlier?

@zer0faults: At this point I think an Apple/ Sony partership is far more likely. I mean, there's already an iPod in MGS4.

"...What up with the what up's?"

I expect much controversy with the spelling of grey.

Sad for the people who lost their jobs, but it can only be good for gaming in the long run. Less mobile phone games, and all.

@bfwings55: I called it shovelware for the middlebrow, actually. Something must be wrong with your screen resolution, or your ability to complete a sentence.

I still don't understand how they got from the idea of HERO to Death Knight. From a purely realistic look at things, if I were in trouble the last person I would want saving me would be someone called a Death Knight.

@Skinney: There is a difference between hardcore titles, in terms of genre, and hardcore violence, which is the only thing this game seems to bring to the table.

I think I got up far too early, am I right in reading that they have just sold pretend money for actual currency? There truly is very little hope left.

@uppitycracker: Oh wow. Is there egg on my face, or what? Sorry, that was meant in reply for ChiChi_BBQ who, in my opinion, gave a very nice list of games available for the PS3, thus quenching the rumor of 'no-good-games.'

@uppitycracker: Perhaps the most non-biased, un-jaded, post I've read so far.

@leviathan.in.pieces: It would be an awesome idea, but I'd much prefer an turn-based game that followed the basic premise of the board game. An MMO of 40K, sadly, may as well be titled Tabula Rasa 2.

I bought a launch 60GB PS3 (UK) and have yet to even try a PS2 game. Call me old fashioned, but I'm a firm believer in moving on.

To be realistic, it all seems fairly useless. I can imagine climbing into that pod and my house being broken into and looted whilst I'm trying to work my way through a level.

@BraveSrRob: I like to think a good game can stand on its own two legs without having to invite three friends round to brighten up the day. So, I personally don't.
