Personally, I prefer the in-person sessions to the tele-therapy. I did have 2-3 sessions in person before the lockdown happened. I am curious about how a therapist deals with those cues they’re maybe missing out on, like fidgeting. I don’t know how important it is to therapists, but I’ve been thinking about eye …
I did the same thing. This is also interesting.
once her ‘settling in’ arc is over, she doesn’t really bring anything unique and is basically just a back-up-Sara.
She was also the wielder of the Death totem.
Gary is the worst, which is great in small doses. I’m glad the show’s dialled back Gary’s presence some since last season had an overdose of Gary.
I think Finn suffered from the survival of Poe. I feel like Poe’s survival essentially split the same character arc over two characters, becoming a leader in the resistance.
Oh right forgot about that bit. I was thinking of how Romeo and Juliet would now team up rather than fight each other.
- Did Shakespeare just use the plot of “Endgame”?
Here it is. This recap didn’t show up for me until I looked for this weeks episode.
To be fair, in the first moment they try, the one where Lena goes to Sam for advice, Lena handles it pretty well, but because she’s in Metropolis she can’t get back in time to help save Kara from the kryptonite atmosphere.
I liked the little touch of Chester in The Flash praising Rao in a recent episode. Big cross-overs are great and all, but it’s little things like these that I really enjoy.
I agree that the team feels a little scattered this season, at least especially so post-crisis. I do like that they actually call it out in the episode with Chester and Kamilla queen-beeing for Barry.
Oh, maybe Katrina Law can join Legends of Tomorrow now!
I don’t know, but it seems telling that I didn’t realise Charlie wasn’t around until she showed up in this episode. Equally telling may be that she wasn’t even mentioned in the review.
Katrina Law (Nyssa) is currently part of the main cast for Hawaii five-o I believe. Which is great for her, but sad for us as fans of Nyssa.
And Nick Tarabay being a fucking snake.
Yeah yeah, the first episode is really bad. Though less so once you’re used to the tone and style of the show as a whole.
When Spartacus and GoT were both running GoT was in its third season, the Red Wedding season. Arguably it was at it’s best at the time. GoT was a better quality show, but Spartacus evoked more emotion in me. Not just sadness when favourite characters bit the dust, but also fist pumping celebration as they triumphed.
Much agreed. McIntyre is a bit jarring in his first appearance, but really grows into the role. It helps that the rest of the cast really steps up the game and the show sheds some of it’s worst impulses.
