Honestly, I think the sentence would have been longer, given the facts - a male therapist raping a women in his care who couldn’t communicate and had the mental abilities of a toddler? He’d be lucky to escape a lynching.

Statistically speaking, women get 60% shorter sentences than men for the same crimes under the same circumstances. So I’d take that bet.
