After watching all of those other professional videos of insane stunts, this was a great comedic relief.

Yeah they’ll go for Norway first this time

Better idea that will probably happen to a few of them.

YES THOSE ARE BIG BOOBIES

Almost obligatory...’This is America, not California’

I posted this in another thread, but will post here too - I know that using the bought-back TDIs for a spec TDI racing series is suggested in jest (we all know VW would never actually do this) but consider this:

Would have to change the graphics on that one...

that was some of the better comedic timing and social commentary i’ve seen in a youtube vid in a while. bravo

For example…

2nd Gear: Why does Cars.com only list a top 8? What sort of list is that, is this some sort of Octal conspiracy?

That’s what she said.

How the hell did you get that out so fast?

I’m relevant! Not only has my family owned 4 Contours, but I had a 3.0-swapped SVT Contour.

I don’t believe ‘robber’s quotes were challenging the process as much as they were the actual work, as ‘port matched’ is the easiest to state as a performance mod and toughest to prove.

2. Too many Race Inspired Car Enhancements
3. It resides in Lancaster, where nearly every car that gets sold has seen some backyard hacker

Fuck these cars, fuck how this one looks, and fuck

They weren’t engineered by idiots. Old cars are wonderful and can be every bit as reliable as a new car once the ravages of time are reversed. I’ve daily driven cars 30 years old and older for years and I can count the times I’ve been stranded by them on one hand. Plus, they’re just cooler.

Being offered a free Lexus GS F for the weekend felt like being offered custody of the child of a distant relative

Honestly, I’m not entirely sure how true that is. With proper care and feeding, an old car can still be a good car while being all old and beautiful. There might be exposed screws here and there (or possibly everywhere) and if you pick the wrong era (‘sup late 70's) you get the power of a riding lawnmower, but they
