The Kinja team had to build a review module from scratch, figure out a system of tagging and verticals for our 1,000+ feature types (when most of the other sites are primarily news/blogrolls), and then try to make all of our decade-plus stuff fit into those boxes.

We knew from the moment we were told we’d be moving to Kinja that it would be a major overhaul.
