I still have to finish the evil within. Last of us I never really considered pure horror. More along the lines of a gritty drama.

It’s cute how people like you insist that only 10% of donations go to an actual cause without any data to back it up, yet won’t reprimand government programs that only see pennies on the dollar go towards the actual desired recipients of those programs.

They’re on record saying it’s around 70% that goes to actual stuff, was brought up during the first couple of days of the event.

Yeah, dude went too far. He’s probably going to face repercussions for it. Apparently AGDQ has been taking issues seriously the past several years. If he’s not banned, he’s unlikely to be invited back at the least.

the weird thing is i really hope resident evil 7 is good, i really need a survival horror game that actually feels like both... and that is good, intersting, creatie, fun, hard and so on unlike some other games in that genre.

Which is why the charity they give to doesn’t focus on treatment research, but on prevention and early detection. Much more cost-effective.

If that half a student is enough to tip the scales in the battle against cancer, than worth it a million times over. Every bit helps man. Especially bits of this (to an ordinary person) outrageous size.

A big part of that spike was surely the insane Bandai Namco donation incentive. For anyone unaware of what that was, anyone who donated a single-sum donation of $125 or more would be eligible to win an insane collection of some twenty-ish Bandai Namco games, a PS4 Pro, PS VR, and a bunch of other bits of loot. After

You must be fun at parties.

Aside from the guy that took the mic to say how the audience should kill themselves during the Super Metroid race, the event was fairly enjoyable and I’m glad they’re still raking in so much money to fight cancer!

I thought of it as more of a gag than anything else; it’s so bald-faced that it’s hard to look at it as anything more than a farcical attempt at “synergestic” marketing.

I mean, I’ve definitely eaten Cup Noodle in the past—primarily in undergrad and graduate school, when I was broke as hell (I’ll still pick some up

Yo but for real I buy a shit ton more Cup Noodles now so it probably worked.

In my opinion, yes he’s better than Teddie.

Nice. Rise of the Tomb Raider was such an incredible game.

Yep I have. Next 3 are probably The Last Guardian, Gravity Rush, and Rise of the Tomb Raider.

Going to try and finish Dishonored 2, and make sure I finish The Last Guardian as well before the release of Resident Evil VII, so super stoked!

To be fair, Nintendo has kind of always been dicks and offer the least value

This really needs to be a Games with Gold type deal it won’t work any other way. A Subscription service will bring in plenty of money, they can’t be stingy on this. Just give me a few old games each month or a choice out of a small selection and I’ll happily pay my bill. Sony and Microsoft have already figured this

They looked nice enough to me I guess. A bit too anime-ish compared to the environments though, I’ll admit. But I thought they looked nice and clean.

Can’t disagree with Xenosaga though. I still wish they would have been able to stick with the original six episode plan.

I think your memory of PS2 visuals needs to be refreshed....
