What were you on that morning??? Even when I was running track and playing football in HS (in Baltimore County btw), in the best shape I've been in (running wise, I'm stronger now) I would NEVER, NEVER have run a marathon. 26.2 can kiss my arse.

As someone who was in this exact same situation, I can't recommend enough a Couch to 5k program. I never thought I'd be able to run a full mile without stopping or dying, let alone 3 but one of these programs really makes it possible. And I like that it gives you an excuse to go to for a run 3 times a week to stick

'cause we're all slow on the uptake, I think.

"Don't use the cloud" isn't the answer - the cloud is inescapable. What people need is a way to encrypt sensitive info AND still use the full features of the cloud. TrueCrypt doesn't seem to do that.

The crime is "Interfering with the operation of an aircraft", and in many states it is a FELONY. I assure you that police attempting to apprehend an individual suspected of a felony take it quite seriously.
