For half of the season, I kept yelling at Buck that Ubaldo couldn’t possibly pitch another game... All of a sudden, he improves his mechanics and pitches a complete game and several gems. I agree with you on the pitching. I’m not worried.

Speaking from experience (i.e. this is just me), exercise has done more for my weight loss than diet. I can’t keep a diet to save my life because every day is different for me. (If I’m not chasing Chikungunya in South America, I’m chasing Zika in the Caribbean. Or chasing the reasons for gun violence in Baltimore.…
