I watched it. I didn't listen to it, and I can't read lips to save my life. I saw a look of "indignation" on her face as she opened the door, so I thought she was pretending to be genuinely surprised/annoyed/indignant.

Anyone who takes their dog out on trails or out into the woods — and loves their dog — must vaccinate them. To not do so is to increase the dogs' chances of catching this thing and dying a very horrible death (horrible even if you euthanize them first). If you let the dog off the leash, they might get into the woods…
