Non-insurance person here: The problem is that if something happened to the teacher, the family could sue the school and probably win. Insurance isn’t about logic or good faith so you have to throw them out the window. The fact is, the car is likely owned by and was built around/in a school sanctioned club by

Minority Report had a lexus in it... specifically the Lexus 2054 concept car

They’re extremely pro-law enforcement until they get in trouble for breaking the law.

I, Robot

Not bad, although I like fifth element cars better.

So the democrats removed border security when they got into power?

I always thought the omni-directional wheels on this thing were rad.

The Spinner from Blade Runner:

Same is true with any soft drink machine in any restaurant.

Oh! And the people in line at the Costco pumps that don’t look beyond the first pump to see if there’s an opening. They literally have an aisle to drive around and into any spot, just go dammit!

“We’re a transportation company, right? We get paid to move freight. We don’t get paid to work on cars,”

I’ll never get over the painting contractor, profiled on 60 Minutes, who he stiffed out of something like 10k, a significant amount to this guy, who STILL VOTED FOR HIM!

As Paul Noth puts it:

A poor person would never be given all this leeway to act like a toddler in a court of law.

Anyone with an inkling of New York society or real estate knew the guy was an utter clownshoe. Hell, every contractor in the city and the surrounding state wouldn’t touch a property of his (and his shell companies) with a 10 foot cattle prod because he NEVER paid. There are lawyer firms that won’t even let him through
