Stop tipping. You’re allowing businesses to push the cost of salary from them to us. 

This has driven me to the opposite effect: not tipping. And businesses will start losing workers when more people choose not to. 

Tipping is purely crap. Why should I pay more so an employer can underpay their workers and pay them less?

Placed an online order at a local taco place recently for pickup.  It required a minimum 15% tip to complete the order plus an added $3.00 “extra charge” for who knows what.  I cancelled.  

Fuck all tipping. It’s not the customer’s responsibility to pay your employees.

Their cherry pie, and the old boxes with photos intimating that it was literally filled with cherries, got McD’s sued. Too many folks got filling with only a couple of pieces of fruit, or sometimes no fruit at all.

They used to have a fried cherry pie! Does anyone remember those? I used to adore them. I also miss Taco Bell’s caramel apple empanada. 

Self-checkout would be the place I’d feel the least guilty at for not tipping.

Thank goodness. It literally solves all of our problems. Relatively affordable clean independent energy. Any discussion about the climate that doesn’t involve nuclear is a complete waste of time.
