Why bother, fly them back to their home country and bill the home country.  Of course the home country will never pay, but it still sends a message.

I’ve always thought that an easy solution would be to, after they fail to provide documentation that they can enter the US legally, drive them from the border to the nearest airport and put them on a flight back to the capital of their home country, or whatever country they claim is their home if they choose to lie.

For me American Cheese is less about the flavor and more about the essential creaminess it brings to the burger.

I prefer my Iceberg lettuce shredded so that it doesn’t become a bond breaker, allowing the rest of the burger to slip out the back with a splat.

If the Swiss cheese gets down to the griddle or pan surface and gets slightly caramelized, it becomes wonderfully nutty.
