A streaming service exclusively dedicated to video game properties sounds like a terrible idea. Not because live action adaptations of video games is bad but because most people who tackle those adaptations stray too far away from the source materials -or- they try to mimic the source verbatim. This goes for

Looks like they’ve added their lGbtq representation. lol

I’m excited for this. Splitgate has been the replacement for competitive gaming since I dropped Rocket League. Some of these indies really have creative gold and I’m all for them getting more funding. Wish I could have invested as an individual.

Me: Don’t do it.

They put that in their back folder of things to add.

I read that as I think you meant to say it. lol

Nintendo is already preparing to send out their C&D.

This is a direct sequel. What were you expecting?

Tokyo (I really thought the movie was set in Okinawa) isn’t perpetually dark, draped in neon, and doesn’t have anime plastered on the sides of their buildings? Everyone doesn’t speak English and the Yakuza aren’t in every corner of the city?

I’ve been wanting something like this since the early 2000s. A game where the mood changes based on current events and the weather. NPCs become complacent in their peace, while others become frustrated due to other aspects. If it’s raining in your area then the game displays that. It wasn’t completely thought out but

That’s my point. The story got ripped out of the game.

Penny Arcade made me laugh.

I’m glad to hear that but it won’t matter until more people can get their hands on the next console.

I just had the terrible idea that it turns out like Destiny in its early days; a great story ripped to shreds. I’m sure that won’t happen. That can’t happen.

Forespoken, Project Eve, the ukulele game… come on man. This is an example of you just seeing what you wanted to see.

Whoops. Looks like I didn’t pay attention.

I didn’t think about that. It did say remake. I’m wondering if Disney put the kabob to Bethesda’s ownership and gave it to someone else (if that’s even possible).

Today’s showcase was more than I expected. There were some updates to some known projects and plenty of new projects as well. The only thing I could ask for was news that more PS5s would be readily available.

The MCU has an Earth problem. Just about everything is focused on it. The Watcher can see anything in the multiverse and for 3 of 4 episodes he’s starting at Earth.

This game might be more than the cash grab that I thought it would be.
