I loved everything about it but the gameplay; I have a hard time thinking that needing expert+ skills at the game to break even with the RNG isn’t really gameplay. I played it for a long time then loaded it up with mods to ease the gameplay and ran through the ending.

Nope. It is simply understanding the nature of legal precedent and not letting vitriol rule your reason.

I’m not sure you are in the right place; your reasoned, well thought-out analysis and respect for the rule of law are out of place. You are suppose to foam at the mouth to show us your conviction here.

I’m not sure if impeaching Trump would be a good thing at this point; aside from appointing Gorsuch he has accomplished next to nothing and seems fundamentally incompetent. While he is a steaming, hot pile of garbage I would also point out that Pence is essentially the same on every stance, the only real difference

They were erected mostly in the 1920's due to a rising tide of white supremacy at the time.

The thing to bear in mind is that a lot of these statues were erected in the early 20th century at the height of a white nationalism movement, not at the conclusion of the Civil War, which seems to be what most people assume.

I can’t remember who said it right now, but the statement, ‘No cause is so pure that it hasn’t attracted its share of fools’ seems to bear mention, at least the underlying logic that it is facile to attribute the specific to the general.

Agreed. I would say though, if SCOTUS changes in the terrifying non-zero-chance ways it could over the next 2.5 years that gives me nightmares and makes me drink Pepto throughout the day, then they might be very willing, even eager, to wade into this area of the law as well as several others that they have

Nailed it.

Agreed. It sounds interesting, abstractly, as a work of art, but by the same token, based off of this review, who on Earth would want to play it?

All fair points, although I think that there is sufficient room to reasonably warrant suits; I don’t think that there would be any dismissal, so it might be more legal heartache and expense than anyone starting the coffee shop would care for. There might be a set of particularly favorable PA laws out there, though.

My apologies; I apparently wasn’t paying attention to what I was typing. I intended to type Title II, but looking at it, I hadn’t realised it only had 4 of the protected classes. That seems strange and I’ll have to dig into the history of it.

Are you going to post a review soon?

I tend to agree with you, but I think a lot of the contrary opinions you are getting come from the bizarre NYC/California narcissism where they think that their situation is default, when it very clearly is not. In most of the country, $225K annually is going to afford you a large home, cars, put your kids in private

Ha!I kept wondering through the video why she was trying to speak while keeping her teeth closed.

Can’t do it; It would plainly violate Title VII.

I suspect the response you are going to get will be a No True Scotsman fallacy.

Waluigi’s stance always looks like he is getting ready to poop.
