That letter from EA is perhaps the best example of lawyer/corp-speak trying to sound cool and help: “we too get the nostalgia chills when booting up these classic entries in the Battlefield franchise”... “we must ask that you stop throwing down Ammo Crate”...

I wouldn’t be surprised if a lot of people crowing totally have hacks installed and deserve the ban hammer, but I’m suspicious of any company who says their process is fool proof ever since I got it hit with a false positive.

I liked season three specifically because it focused on countering Rick’s toxic nihilism. The best way I can describe this show is to say that while Rick isn’t a villain, he’s the antagonist. Him and his nihilism has fucked over everybody near him and I absolutely relished how by the end of this season his entire…

That’s a good point, but I suppose the distinction is that while you put down real money, you don’t get a chance to win real money. I guess maybe the real money to digital commodity aspect means the ESRB treats it more as a transaction and not a bet/wager?

“Perfection” is just as subjective as “good enough”. A lot of stuff in life is a balancing act between things like quality and quantity and sometimes people’s tastes can swing back and forth between them. I’m sure a few fans might even argue that the lengthy waits between seasons is more brutal than being Cronenberged.

Delicious in Dungeon is so freaking good! For anyone’s who’s even remotely interested, only two volumes of the English release has been published so far so there’s not that much catching up to do!

Exactly! You can’t hit Ctrl+F during a video and type in a specific word to pinpoint what you’re looking for. All this “pivot-to-video” stuffs sounds like corporate suits trying to appear useful.

Just because science is useful for figuring things out like animal physiology or behaviour, that’s not an excuse to treat or think people are merely animals.

For some reason this reminds me of anime fight scenes with dramatic pauses and random poses thrown in.

While improvements have been made optimization is still an issue in the game. If you crank the settings way up, the game actually looks pretty great but unless you’ve got top of the line CPU and GPUs, it won’t run very well.

Longer and longer matches were one of the reason why I’ve played more Duelyst. Hearthstone is still a great game, but it feels weird when you think to yourself “do I have half an hour to fit in a game before going to bed?”.

This is just as bad as eating saucy spaghetti while wearing a white t-shirt!
