I can sort of see where his sense of humor might not be up someone’s alley, but he always struck me as a pretty decent guy overall too. There’s plenty of comedians or celebrities to genuinely hate out there for a good reason.

Solo was good, you clowns! Solo was good! It was a low-stakes outlaws in space movie with a likable cast, it had a lot of heart, it had some gorgeous action set-pieces, the universe felt lived in, the worlds were interesting to look at, it had puppet aliens and good CGI, it had Donald Glover as fuckin’ Lando…

If Solo had been release right before Thanksgiving or Xmas, it would have killed. This is a movie you see when it opens with your friends, then see again a week later with your Dad because you know he wouldn’t mind it and it’s mindless and fun enough to sit through a second time
