How/when did you know that Rimworld was the prototype to take to the end instead of just another to scrap?

Ludeon’s made an amazing game with very, very few on staff, and I’d imagine you feel almost completely “aligned” with all of the mechanics and assets in the game because you’ve personally contributed to just about all of it.
