I really need to get around to reading those. S&W is one of my top favorite anime and the lack of closure has left a gaping void in my mind for years.

I think Itsuwari no Kamen is an original work, but if I’m wrong I’d love to know. I played Utawarerumono and it was great. I also recommend Tears to Tiara by the same studio. Both of them have very good fan translated versions available.
The anime is actually an adaptation of the visual novel, so you weren’t wrong. I hear that despite being an exceptionally good adaptation it still isn’t as good as the original - which makes sense since the VN can pack in a lot more info - I just haven’t had the time to play through it.
I’ve had this written up for a bit but haven’t found a good place to post it. This place seems as good as any.
In a way it’s your typical time travel story in that time travel is bad and no matter what you use it for things always get worse. The first half of the show is the lighthearted setup for the psychological and dramatic second half. I’ve seen literally hundreds of anime and this is *easily* in my Top 5.
The way I view it is the first half of the show is the happy-go-lucky setup while the 2nd half of the show is the psychological and dramatic tear-down of the first half. The “pivot point” is almost exactly the half-way episode.
Be careful, the Organization is watching.
I’m a cosplayer and I do this all the time to other cosplayers I meet because I’m really into the construction and design part of the hobby. Unfortunately a lot of people say they bought it or had it commissioned which leads to some really uncomfortable silences.
tl;dr
I can say from personal experience of playing Katawa Shoujo on my tablet while riding the Metro that it can get *SUPER* awkward real fast.
That was an old joke in the Fate fandom, I was hoping you would get it :(
From my experience of living in Tokyo about 5 years ago: very low. LOTS of hair dyed to be lighter shades of brown, highlights, etc.
Usually there is an option to pay to reset your stamina counter in games that use them. :\
Did you mean bane lol
I refuse to believe that it’s canon. I’m a huge fan of Type Moon but these offshoots like Fate/Extra just reek of milking a franchise to death. Sure, say King Arthur was a woman, that’s a great twist and an interesting hook. That doesn’t mean you can pull off the same thing with multiple other historical figures in…
I’m surprised that the whole Megu-nee thing had *anyone* tricked by the time it was revealed. I was suspecting it by the end of the 2nd episode and thought it was blatantly obvious by the time they left for the mall.
