I’m glad it’s working for you. As I mentioned above, I cut out almost all carbs (except fruit and veggies) and ate nothing but broiled chicken, almonds, walnuts, and other healthy fats. My cholesterol went up 40 points and I gained 10 pounds. So it doesn’t work the same way for everyone.

Every time I said I had trouble losing weight, my doctor swore up and down carbs were the problem. So, I tried paleo for two months. I didn’t eat any pasta, bread, rice, potatoes, cereal, baked goods, etc. I gained 10 pounds and my cholesterol shot up by 40 points. The doctor never hounded me about carbs again.
