It's probably not even a traditional silk screen and not as labour intensive like a DTG (Direct-to-garmet) Printer.

Yeah wish I could say the same. The only games I found playable were xcom and divinity original sin. Anything that wasnt turned based for the most part the latency made it unplayable. Although there was little lag on Until Dawn I had constant audio popping in and out.

Yeah some things do get dropped from game pass buy they def stay on longer than 4 months.

I used it on pc about 6 months ago using the same internet speed as you and rpgs were great for it but anything that required instant reaction like shooters, fighting games or driving games were unplayable due to the latency.

Same, I just played through all 3 Banner Saga games on easy. They are just so beautiful and great story that I wanted to treat it like a movie and not worry about over thinking the combat.
