I thought this was Craig, but it was some other guy, who had worked with him on the Bush 2000 campaign, who was quoted anonymously in a New York Times article:

FUCKIN CRAIG, LOVE THAT GUY
I’ll admit to being a sucker for the occasional quote/photo combo
Thank you. I have found happiness.
ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME!? How can that even be a legal requirement? Fuck these old white men so fucking hard with a rusty chain saw. I hope they all come back as women in Saudi Arabia. Lower class women.
I am so sorry you had to participate in that hot bullshit,
Holy shit. I am so sorry you had to go through that.
Yeah, I prefer the Satanic Temple’s tactic of circumventing all of the wait periods and useless ultrasound nonsense, etc, by saying that it all violates their religious rights. Because it reinforces the idea that women have a right to bodily autonomy that shouldn’t be based on anyone else’s religious beliefs, but on…
I look at it more as “See, this is what should actually have a waiting period” rather than drawing a direct parallel. Because a lot of the restrictions on abortions would actually be totally reasonable and helpful when applied to gun purchasing.
When I had my abortion (in NC), I had to sit in a group “therapy” circle and discuss the process and what forms of birth control I planned on using post-abortion.
I so want somebody to talk about the need of more gun control that I do not care.
Plus I like money! You people like money right? And furs? Got wife #3 or 4 wrapped in them right now. Can’t get on the no pork thing with you though.
I didn’t gasp but I did involuntary choke-laugh.
I disagree with Senator Graham on pretty much all the issues, but out of all the people running for the Republican nomination, he’s always struck me as the most competent, serious, and reasonable candidate (arguably because he’s never been in any of the main-stage debates). Which says a lot about the rest of them.
We used to do something really similar with our daughter when she was a tiny baby, it was super effective. I thought we just had a good baby - it turns out we just lucked into good technique.
The issue became a great popular obsession, but it took decades to wrangle all the necessary stakeholders, officials and taxpayers for basics like upgraded sewers. Various reformers would emerge and propose grand schemes, but the decentralized nature of local government made it damn near impossible to get anything…
“I love the presidental primaries!”
Praise be! Sign me up!!
