The great part of going to an Allman Brothers Band show was that you never knew who would show up to play a song or two.

Hot Blooded is a great jam, so no complaints.

I might actually go to Vegas if that ever happened. They guy is just a pro. Musically I tend to like what he does when he starts moving into more country realms , and I love what Sheryl Crow had to say about him. I’ve never seen him personally, but I became a fan when I watched his Superbowl show in Greenbay on TV. It

It was fun! We sat up *high* on the hill of the lawn and people watched. Kid Rock is a terrific showman and may have some sort of weird ass Vegas show if all else fails.

The halftime entertainment for the 2001 AFC Championship in Oakland was Reverend Run, accompanied onstage by Stephan Jenkins as his hype man, for some reason. It was quite possibly the worst thing I’ve ever seen, music or otherwise. Even worse than Tony Siragusa frog-splashing Rich Gannon and ending our season.

Although most of the posts and conversations nowadays are musical in nature, DUAN was Deadspin’s talk about anything, sports or otherwise, post.
