same. I think the idols have gotten out of hand, particularly when you see one player holding more than one at the same time. Maybe removing them from the game sooner in the season would work

Its tough to know without knowledge of what, exactly, he has the rights to use. Prof X is a possibility only because Sir Patrick was so enthusiastic about being willing to appear on the show. Outside of that, could be anything. Its pretty clear that most - if not all- of the other characters we've seen besides…

Oh I think it works. The movie continuity is jacked. The comic continuity also has issues- IIRC Claremont stretched the limits of credulity when he had Erik and Charles treating holocaust patients (which is where Charles met Legion's mom) relative to timeline and continuity.

There is a lot of PJs vision that time has not been kind to. His interpretation of Gimli has been one of them

I was a major skeptic of this show when it was announced but MAN it has been stellar. Love the characters, the aesthetic, the plot, ALL of it.

I've loved this show since Ep. 1 and this definitely felt like a conclusion- especially the end shot with the sunbeam in the rain. I'd totally be down for a 10 episode series with Britt Lower's character as POV though.

Hilarious episode. Absolutely loved the return of the gang's dance moves at the end. A few notes from that scene:

I suspect this is a large part of it. 12 years of your life, the character has grown increasingly monstrous, you've got the right "look" for other big time roles but for some reason the studio execs just cant quite see you playing the part.

What would be awesome is if they got Ted McGinley to play ACE from the Love Boat. The idea of Love Boat and Sunny being in a shared universe makes my day

Jeff hyping this season probably means little will happen in terms of innovation, right? You know what the BEST twist would have been? No idols but NOT telling the players. Let them worry and agonize and search but have the cupboard be bare

Doing an episode of Legion and a few scenes in Deadpool (which could be sort of off the wall fun since its not in the X continuity I don't believe) are far cries from doing a whole other X movie. I'm down for seeing Picard in whatever he wants to appear as Professor X in!

well thats too bad. Was sort of hoping it was a pokemon situation- once encountered she could call on the power again
