I too am about 50% through. One thing he does that I like is short chapters- makes it easy to find “stopping points” when reading instead of slogging through a 30 page chapter and rushing through to get to bed or the like.

I’m going to go ahead and give this a 27% Rotten Tomatoes score now, regardless of any of the announced players. This film has disaster written all over it. Lets hope Fox sells out to Disney and they hit the big reboot button before this dog can get into serious production.

As bad as a lot of this show was, I’m glad you made this post because I probably would have otherwise. Also, the ending feels tailor made for SHIELD picking them up somehow, but isn’t this the last season of that show?
