@craigeryjohn: The newest version of Android will not require any physical buttons. They've implemented software solutions to all the previous physical button needs.

If I want to support developers but can't afford to buy a 60 dollar game, I just wait for the game to be out for a while and buy from amazon new for 20 - 40 dollars.

I really liked it, the style looked good except for the eyes. Having them hang on the face like that made them unnerving.

@Korbei83: Who are you to judge someone else's fun?

@DRech: The U.S. military contributes to the cost of producing today's games. They're happy with how games like Modern Warfare are portraying war as something fast paced and fun.

@pixelsnader: Well they mention that the game's version is heavily compressed. The higher quality versions could be used in films I suppose. I think the data is just too much for the video game to handle.

Wow this is really impressive. This really could be game changing in the film industry. They've got competing technologies and I'm sure there are pros and cons to each process but this definitely works. They've convinced one skeptic in me.

@ludwigk: I've cracked the code in the Google campus! I've heard of the codename Gingerbread floating about, I THINK it means they're working on a new version of Android. I can't be sure.

@MacTodd: That means you could of leaked it and pinned it on whatever guy you didn't like but didn't have a good reason to fire.

@gthing: Oh wow, that really ruins the entire point of the presentation. It may of not said anything specifically but it certainly gave me the impression that those animations were being handled by Google Docs itself.

@Aklost: I don't want to sound like a downer but it was pretty boring. I'm sure it meant a lot to the couple involved but you could tell it was a lot of inside jokes or experiences. Also sappy music in the background. Again understandable but not great for the general audience.

@DunnCarnage: I give Mother Night my highest recommendation. That book was epically brilliant. Just thinking about when I read it makes my heart go pitter patter.

@CutePuppyz: Would you rather not have the possibility of better graphics? Is this one downside enough to change your mind about upgrading?

An eye for an eye makes the whole world blind. - Mahatma Gandhi

@DeusExMach: The problem is most of the people dying are unarmed civilians.

@MigL: I was with you up until the point where you underlined you're own bookmark.

I read the 4 hour workweek. The author seemed sort of full of himself in his writing. It wasn't the bragging in the book, it was the way that he made everything seem easier than it was. Sort of like, "It's stupid to do it any other way." sort of attitude.

It looks like they filmed in Los Feliz, which is a hipster haven. They have a couple of nice theaters and a really nice art gallery in the area.
