That being said, the odds of it being a fusion again might be slim.

However, if you look at Black and White 2... You had white and black Kyurem, which was basically kind of a fusion pokemon.

So this theory is basically saying (if i'm understanding it correctly) There's going to be a third legendary one? Maybe a combination of the two?
