I think she at least wanted to talk about it. I think Felicity despite finding out her fiancee has a bastard kid in the worst way possible wanted to at least discuss the idea of them helping Samantha raise William.

I think she was also a bit annoyed that he didn't talk to her about sending Samantha and William away so soon after being ticked off with him about keeping William a secret in the first place.

I thought she was horrible and over the top when she found out about William in that other timeline in the Flash episode.

I think they should have shown you what happened 5 seconds later where Felicity screams "I need a little help" as her legs fail when she tries walking down the stairs.

yeah timing that conversation with the paralysis getting reversed was…ill advised. I thought the scene was great before that bit.
