Eh. IS it $20k better than the rest of the available bikes? An Aprilia RSV4 is 18-19k. I’d argue most weekend warriors’ track times would be similar on the two machines.
This is a rich guy conversation piece for 99% of buyers.

I don’t disagree, but I like them. Evil Pop!
Seems like a RADwood news post is due...congrats I think!
Having kids would be stupid. I’d have to change my handle.
That’s absurd.
I thought it was for pricing. Husky is premium. KTM is the bread and butter. Gasgas is the ‘budget’ choice of the three. I love the Husky’s looks, but I can’t justify the added cost of the KTM. Then I talk myself out of it altogether.
Wait, there are people who don’t use the trip meter to monitor gas levels? Is this your first bike?
Nice choice if so!
What’s hipster about this? I’d rather wear my moustache on a Husky.
I was one of them. Now, 15 years into my career, West Virginia looks pretty good. Left Denver for Appalachia. Would have considered a return to West By God, but found a dream property just over the line in Old Dominion. No regrets.
But I am also glad I got to live in Philly, DC, San Diego, Los Angeles, and Denver…
Came to say this. I keep reading how all of the hotrodders are being pushed east.
I’ve never been interested in racing and never thought about why. I think your response nails it.
I have started that F1 show on Netflix, so maybe things will change for me.
Has no one here seen ‘Rust to Riches’ on Netflix? I think it takes the cake easily.
I thought they really gelled by the final season. I like them better than the Dax Shepard version on MToD.
I don’t know how I missed this, but as a semi-recent Southern Virginia transplant I will contact all my legislators. Filtering is one the very few things I miss about living in California.
PS - the roads down here are both fantastic and free of traffic provided you don’t have to be on the Blue Ridge Parkway.
TheJuiceISLoose? More like TheJuiceHasSomeScrewsLoose.
I came to the comments hoping for an answer to this.
Am disappoint.
I’m just over 40 and live in some prime motorcycle country. I am even starting to see the appeal of whatever replaced the Dyna.
There is no way I ever think about plunking down the coin for one of these special editions. To each their own.
Milk it? Or ride this diminishing customer base into the dirt?
These are the only slideshows worth looking at. That Yammie is drool-worthy, but I think my money would go to the Volvo if I had more project time.
I don’t want Harley to fail. The King of Baggers was (very) mildly interesting, but it got a lot of people interested in bike racing which is always A Good Thing.
The dollar-to-performance is plain silly and I think any motorcyclist that doesn’t hate helmet laws will think the same. $30k is objectively stupid.
