OK, but where would you find a young, redheaded actor who sounds like Cal from the video game?

Was there a huge market for this? Were the masses clamoring for this to be updated? Modern gameplay and visuals? Is TLOU some ancient relic here? I get remastering things from like Wii and earlier. But this?

Honestly the most interesting parts of the trailer are the JSA. Everything else just feels bland and one note. 

Is it just me, or is that colour grading really hideous to anyone else? Like, it’s really ugly, akin to the “píss filter” video-games used to use back in the mid to late 00s...

Generic isn’t exactly the word I’d use to describe it, but it does sort of look like 15 other comic book properties smashed together. I know people rag on trailers for giving away too much plot these days, but what exactly is this movie about?

Eh. Scream has an out because it’s so meta.  They can both make fun of that very situation, and allow it to be believable, because it’s all essentially copycat killings anyways.  Of course each of the copycat loonies would want to take a run THE Sidney Prescott too.

So very glad my kid chose Top Gun Maverick over this for our “just this once” jaunt back to the movie theater. In a few months we’ll end up watching Dominion at home, no doubt, but I will be gummied and rooting for Team Dino every step of the way.

I’ve been enjoying it, but it doesn’t feel like classic battlefield. I’m gonna check out the season because I paid for the $100 special edition at launch (yes I’m dumb) so I have access to all the stuff in it.
